The 2018 NBA Draft may not have any tip picking on social media as reporters from ESPN, Turner Sports and Yahoo! Sports have agreed not to announce selections before they're announced on the telecast.
The move of Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo! Sports to ESPN likely sparked the change, though a source said the NBA presented the edict.
“We spoke with our media partners about our preference that ESPN’s exclusive broadcast rights be honored, but each organization will make its own editorial decisions,” said NBA spokesman Mike Bass.
Wojnarowski will appear on ESPN's broadcast of the draft.
