The Salesian High School boys' basketball team needed five overtimes to outlast East Rochester-N.Y. 115-111 in the semifinals of the KSA Holiday Tournament in Orlando, Fla., on Friday.

Freshman Jabari Brown scored 25 of his team-high 35 points in the overtime periods to help the Pride best the Bombers.

Brown sent the game into the first overtime with a jumper with 52 seconds left to tie the game at 61. He also assisted in the game-tying layup in the second overtime, hit the tying 3-pointer at the buzzer in the third overtime, hit one of two free throws in the fourth overtime and three free throws to help seal the win the final overtime.

"It was a fun game but also kind of draining for the players," said Salesian Coach Bill Mellis. "Ultimately, we had a little bit more depth."

The game lasted 3 hours, 5 minutes and had 76 fouls called.

Salesian ended the game playing five-on-two against East Rochester. The Pride had six players foul out, and the Bombers had five of their seven players foul out.
