Celtics guard Delonte West broke his right wrist in Wednesday's win over the Nets.

Despite the loss, team president Danny Ainge says that he won't make a roster move to replace West.

"We like our guys," Ainge told The Boston Globe. "Avery (Bradley) is starting to get going. Avery and Von (Wafer) are going to have to step up and play."

Boston has two players on their roster with non-guaranteed contracts -- West and Wafer.

"In order to (make a move) we'd have to let someone go and we like our guys," Ainge said. "Whether Avery's ready or not, he needs to be ready. He hasn't been healthy, so at some point he's gotta be thrown into the fire, right?"
