David Falk has confirmed that Mike Bibby will sign with the Heat when he becomes a free agent after clearing waivers.

Bibby gave up his entire 11-12 salary to agree to a buyout with the Wizards.

Miami waived Carlos Arroyo on Tuesday to create a roster spot for Bibby.
