Tim Hardaway scored 20 second half points to lead Michigan to a 70-63 victory over Michigan State.

Evan Smotrycz and Jordan Morgan combined for 24 points to pace the Wolverines.

Morgan made three of Michigan's first four baskets, and Smotrycz led the team with nine points in the first half. The pair combined for 15 of the 33 first-half points.

"That's been the thing all year. Everyone was asking where the scoring was coming from with Manny (Harris) and (DeShawn Sims) gone, but since the beginning, when Tim's not scoring, other people step up," Smotrycz said. "We have a bunch of capable guys and it really helps out in times like this."
