Top-seeded Bucknell defeated sixth-seeded Lafayette by a 72-57 final to win the 2011 Patriot League Tournament.

Sophomore Mike Muscala of Bucknell was named Tournament MVP. Muscala also won regular season Player of the Year honors.

Muscala was joined on the All-Tournament Team by teammates Bryson Johnson and Cameron Ayers (Bucknell), Jared Mintz (Lafayette), C.J. McCollum (Lehigh) and Vlad Moldoveanu (American University).
