Roy Hibbert offered his congratulations to Frank Vogel on being named permanent head coach of the Pacers via Twitter.

Personnel from the NBA league office and teams are not allowed to communicate with players during the lockout.

"Even with a lockout going on I wanna congratulate frank on being hired. U deserve it," wrote Hibbert.
