Richard Hamilton is upset with agent Leon Rose for his participation with a group of agents that have essentially undermined the leaders of the NBPA, according to a source.

Hamilton has told Rose that he will leave the agency and take other players with him if Rose doesn't leave the "anti-union" group of agents.

Hamilton is one of Rose's most long tenured clients and helped him grow his agency.

Rose is agent to LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony, amongst others.
