Pacers general manager Larry Bird said on Thursday that no big changes are imminent as the team works through what has been a difficult rebuilding process.

The Pacers will have $21 million in salary cap space once the free agency period begins Dec. 9.

“We’re not going to spend all of our money right away,” Bird said. “We come off more next year.

“I really believe with a 66-game schedule, I want to have a strong bench, nothing has changed,” Bird said.
