Stephen Curry rolled his surgically repaired ankle in Monday's 99-91 win over the Bulls.

Curry finished with 21 points, 10 assists, seven rebounds and six steals in 42 minutes.

"I thought he was great," Jackson said. "I thought he did an outstanding job of responding to the critics, who were 100 percent right to critique him (after Sunday's game). Great players bounce back, and he certainly did that."

"I think I landed — I haven’t seen the footage — but I think I landed on Kyle Korver’s ankle or his foot and it rolled over," said Curry. "That’s more comforting to me that it wasn’t one of those planting and moving kind of injuries … but it’s still frustrating that this keeps coming up. I had this all last year so for me it’s just trying to figure out why it keeps doing that and try to get it stronger."

While Curry didn't return to the game, Mark Jackson said he was available.

"I was walking up and down the hall, keeping it loose, and the pain numbed out a little bit. I tied my shoelaces in case I needed to shoot free throws or something down the stretch, but my teammates pulled it out. A total-team-effort win tonight so I wanted to go out there and see it."
