Four Palace Sports & Entertainment executives were dismissed Thursday as part of the company's restructuring under new Pistons owner Tom Gores.

Among those affected are Dan Hauser, executive vice president of corporate sponsorships; Marilyn Hauser, executive vice president of booking and marketing; Larry Thompson, vice president of corporate sponsorships, advertising division; and Mike Garrett, director of informationtechnology and business systems.

The changes come as Jeffrey Ajluni, formerly with Mike Illitch's Olympia Entertainment, was named the Pistons and PS&E's new executive vice president and chief revenue officer.

"The changes made to our executive staff today represent a continuation of the business restructuring taking place at Palace Sports and Entertainment," said Dennis Mannion, president of Palace Sports & Entertainment and The Pistons, in a statement released Thursday.
