Hazell Stoudemire, older brother of Amar'e Stoudemire, was killed in a car crash on Monday.

Stoudemire rammed his Escalade into the rear of a tractor-trailer in Florida. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was killed instantly.

Amar'e Stoudemire will miss Monday's game against the Jazz.  Jared Jeffries will start in his place.
