Murray State Narrowly Beats Tennessee State To Win 2012 Ohio Valley Tourney

Murray State survived a scare from Tennessee State, winning the championship game of the 2012 Ohio Valley Tournament by a final score of 54-52.
The win means one additional bubble team is safe since Murray State would have qualified for the NCAA Tournament even with a loss.
Donte Poole was named tournament MOP with averages of 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals over their two games.
Joining Poole on the All-Tournament Team was teammate Isaiah Canaan, along with Patrick Miller, Robert Covington and Kevin Murphy of Tennessee State.
