Jameer Nelson is contractually obligated to inform the Magic by June 15th if he will exercise his option for the 12-13 season.

"I can't make the decision until some other decisions are made around here," Nelson said. "I want to be here in the Orlando Magic uniform. I love being here. I love being in the city."

Otis Smith had erroneously said that Nelson had three days following their final postseason game.

Nelson's contract is worth $8.6 million for the 12-13 season.
