Tim Duncan spoke confidently as he looked ahead to Game 6 against Oklahoma City.

“I absolutely believe we can win,” Duncan said. “I believe we’ve got the right formula, the right attitude and mindset to be able to win on the road. We’ve been in this situation before. I think we’re all very sad and upset about the loss, but we’re excited to go out there, lace them up and go again.”

Duncan is encouraged by the adjustments made in Game 5.

“We played good for stretches, and that wasn’t enough,” Duncan said. “We got a lead there and let them back in to get a big lead, and we fought back in it. There was just too much back and forth and not enough consistent play from us.

“All in all, I think we had the right game plan. We just need to play better for longer.”
