Nets Look For Resolution To Howard Situation With Lopez Growing Impatient

The Nets have put a deadline of the end of Wednesday to resolve their pursuit of a trade for Dwight Howard.
Brook Lopez's agent is pushing for the Nets to either sign him or finally agree on a sign-and-trade with the Magic. Lopez would pursue signing with another team, which would eliminate Brooklyn's chances of acquiring Howard.
The Rockets and Lakers rejoined the Nets as the teams most seriously pursuing a trade of Howard.
