Anthony Bennett Not Yet Cleared To Play For UNLV

Dave Rice said that top-10 recruit Anthony Bennett isn’t yet eligible to play for UNLV.
“All potential student-athletes who have gone to multiple high schools require additional review,” Rice said. “Anthony has been admitted to UNLV. We are submitting all the documents that the NCAA Eligibility Center needs to certify him.
“It’s not unusual. But we’re very optimistic that he’ll be here in late August."
Bennett was born in Canada and attended high school there before transferring to Las Vegas-based Findlay Prep two years ago.
