Dwight Howard Won't Be Ready For Start Of Preseason Games
Dwight Howard will not be ready to play in the Los Angeles Lakers' first preseason game on October 7th against the Warriors.
Howard also is not expected to participate with the Lakers' at the beginning of training camp.
The Lakers are likely to shift Pau Gasol to center and use Jordan Hill as their starting power forward in Howard's absence.
Howard began his workouts with the Lakers' training staff this week.
