The New York Knicks have now recorded road wins this season at the Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs.

Tyson Chandler says the offseason moves by general manager Glen Grunwald have improved the Knicks’ depth.

For example, the Knicks beat Miami on Thursday without Carmelo Anthony

“We got better since last year,” Chandler said. “I’m not going to make much more of it, but I think the biggest thing people learned tonight is we’re a deep team. We’ve got depth. That was the thing we struggled with all last year. Even when we had every player healthy we still didn’t have enough. Teams would wear us down in the fourth quarter. We would struggle.

“Now, we’ve got guys who can come off the bench and contribute. It really helps.”
