With Brook Lopez no longer limited by injury for Brooklyn Nets, Avery Johnson has made a change to the starting lineup.

Johnson has reinserted Kris Humphries into the starting lineup instead of Reggie Evans for the foreseeable future.

“I just think the main thing is you know we lost a little bit of rhythm when Brook was out,” said Johnson. “Then we came back and we wanted to take a look at Reggie starting with Brook before we went back to Humphries and get back to trying to play some of the type of basketball we played in November when we were becoming pretty good. That’s kind of my thought process.”

Humphries averaged 4.6 points and 4.0 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game over five consecutive games off the bench for Brooklyn.

The Nets went 2-3 when Humhpries came off the bench.
