Anderson Varejao Prefers To Stay With Cavaliers
With one year left on his contract and a team option for 2014-15, Anderson Varejao says he wants to remain with the Cleveland Cavaliers, despite trade rumors surrounding him earlier this season.
"If they trade me, they trade me," Varejao said. "I'm happy here. I don't want to be traded."
Varejao is sidelined for the rest of the season due to a blood clot in his lung, but he is doing light rehabilitation on the quadriceps tear that originally put him out on Dec. 17 for four to six weeks.
