Richard Jefferson has opted into the final season of his contract with the Golden State Warriors, which was expected and is worth $11 million.

“Richard has exercised his option to include the 2013-14 season in his current contract,” agent Todd Eley said.

Jefferson signed a four-year, $38 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs in 2010.
