The Dallas Mavericks met with Andrew Bynum and his agent on Wednesday.

"They had a nice visit with our doctors and we had a lunch," Mavs president of basketball operations Donnie Nelson said. "Beyond that, the negotiations are ongoing."

Bynum is also in talks with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Atlanta Hawks.

Bynum has a two-year, $24 million offer from the Cavaliers, though only $6 million is guaranteed in Year 2. Bynum would need to reach a variety of incentives to collect the full $12 million for the 13-14 season.

The Cavaliers believe the Mavericks are the only threat to sign Bynum, though only $8.2 million remains in cap space.
