Ronnie Turiaf will sign a two-year, $3.2 million contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, his agent Mark Bartelstein told RealGM. The deal has no options for either party.

Turiaf will bolster a frontcourt that was formidable when healthy, and he comes to the Timberwolves after averaging 1.9 points and 2.3 rebounds for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Turiaf also was in talks about a potential return to the Clippers, but he had several potential suitors throughout free agency.

Turiaf, 30, has averaged 4.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and over one block in his eight-year NBA career.
