The Philadelphia 76ers claimed James Anderson and Tim Ohlbrecht off waivers.

The Houston Rockets waived both players last week.

Anderson was the 20th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs.

Ohlbrecht is a German native and was a rookie last season, playing in just three games.
