The Washington Wizards haven't reached the postseason in several seasons, but their front office has uniquely become a pipeline for other organizations.

Mike Wilson left the Wizards this week to accept a position with the Dallas Mavericks, following the departures of Pat Connelly and Milt Newton.

Connelly became assistant general manager of the Phoenix Suns, while Newton was hired as GM of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Ernie Grunfeld is entering the final season of his contract as GM of the Wizards.
