Darius Morris has reached agreement on a 10-day contract with the Los Angeles Clippers and will be available for the team’s next game on Wednesday night, a league source told RealGM.

Morris has been practicing with the Clippers recently, and the Los Angeles native joins the organization to provide depth for a backcourt that lost Chris Paul to a shoulder injury.

Morris, 23, played two seasons with the Lakers before signing a free agent deal with the Philadelphia 76ers last summer. He averaged 6.9 points and 2.6 assists and shot nearly 42 percent from three-point range in 12 games with the 76ers.

The Los Angeles Times first reported that Morris will sign with the Clippers.
