Eric Bledsoe will be out indefinitely due to surgery repairing cartilage in his right knee, according to sources.

Bledose suffered the injury in his return to Los Angeles on Dec. 30 and the exact timetable and severity of the injury will not be known until he is with the surgeon.

Bledsoe is believed to have sustained meniscus damage.

Bledsoe, who has missed the Phoenix Suns' past four games, is averaging 18 points, 5.8 assists and 4.3 rebounds this season.
