Cartier Martin has agreed to sign a second 10-day contract with the Chicago Bulls, a league source told RealGM.

Martin has averaged five points while making five of his eight shot attempts in three games with the Bulls – including scoring 11 on two three-pointers in his debut on Dec. 11. His first 10-day deal had expired on Sunday.

Martin started the season with the Atlanta Hawks, serving as a defensive and trusted presence under Mike Budenholzer.

Martin, 29, has averages of 5.5 points and two rebounds over six NBA seasons.
