The Dallas Mavericks have not submitted an offer sheet on Chandler Parsons.

Donnie Nelson said that the Mavericks are still exploring options and that the offer sheet won't be submitted until Thursday night. 

The Houston Rockets will have 72 hours to match the offer once it is submitted.

Nelson said that the two teams could engage in sign-and-trade talks.
