The Sacramento Kings are attempting to improve their frontcourt beside DeMarcus Cousins and are willing to include Nik Stauskas in trade scenarios.

Stauskas has received limited playing opportunities behind Ben McLemore on the depth chart.

The Kings are looking for a stretch-four or an above the rim defender.

Stauskas was the eighth overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

The Kings have the expiring contracts of Derrick Williams and Reggie Evans to include in such a deal, pushing the potential salary of an incoming player into the $10-$11 million range.

The Kings also traded a lottery pick in his rookie season in 2013 when they sent Thomas Robinson to the Houston Rockets.
