The New York Knicks have reached agreement with Lou Amundson on a deal for the remainder of the season, a league source told RealGM.

Amundson has been on two 10-day contracts with the Knicks.

The Knicks acquired Amundson in a trade earlier this month with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder before he was waived.

Amundson has averaged 4.7 points and 6.5 rebounds in 23.2 minutes over six games with the Knicks, supplying Derek Fisher's lineup with energy and a mindset formed by several postseason runs over his NBA career.
