The Portland Trail Blazers have traded Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Steve Blake to the Brooklyn Nets for Mason Plumlee and Pat Connaughton.

Hollis-Jefferson and Connaughton were drafted on Thursday.

Plumlee spent two seasons with the Nets and fell out of Lionel Hollins' rotation.
