The Los Angeles Clippers are lobbying for DeAndre Jordan to reverse his decision to sign with the Dallas Mavericks.

Jordan agreed to join the Mavericks on Friday.

The Clippers have pushed to secure a meeting in Houston on Wednesday for Doc Rivers and possibly Steve Ballmer to make one final face-to-face pitch to Jordan. The Clippers have been bypassing Jordan's representatives from Relativity Sports.

Some Clippers' players have been in contact in recent days with Jordan.

The moratorium will be lifted on Thursday.

Sources told ESPN's Chris Broussard that Jordan has told people close to him since picking Dallas that he's still "torn" and "unsure" about his choice. A source who spoke with Jordan tells Broussard there's a "great chance" he returns to Clippers.

Michael Eaves of ESPN reports Jordan reached out to Rivers on Monday saying he made a mistake. The feeling within Jordan's family is Dan Fegan pushed him to sign with Dallas.
