Harrison Barnes has rejected the Golden State Warriors' initial extension offer of $64 over four seasons.

The Warriors were offering Barnes a deal worth $16 million per season.

Barnes will become a restricted free agent in the 2016 offseason if the two sides are unable to agree upon a deal by Oct. 31.

Barnes' annual offer is comparable to the one signed by Draymond Green.

Barnes' previous agent, Jeff Wechsler, had negotiated the current terms but he's now represented by Jeff Schwartz.
