Chad Ford still has Ben Simmons as the top overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft regardless of who wins the lottery despite the way Brandon Ingram has closed the gap.

In his latest mock draft, Ford writes "all indications from NBA scouts and GMs are that Simmons remains firmly in the lead for the No. 1 pick, wherever it lands, including Philly."
