The Memphis Grizzlies have begun reaching out to head coaching candidates following their dismissal of Dave Joerger.

Frank Vogel is part of the Grizzlies' preliminary list of candidates. Vogel and the Indiana Pacers parted ways last week.

The Grizzlies' working list of candidates includes Jeff Hornacek, Ettore Messina, Patrick Ewing, Nate Tibbets and David Fizdale.
