The Philadelphia 76ers have increased their efforts to acquire the third overall pick from the Boston Celtics.

The 76ers already own the top overall pick and will select Ben Simmons.

Philadelphia has been described as the most active team and a deal involving Nerlens Noel is looking increasingly likely.

Bryan Colangelo has been trying to balance out the 76ers' roster this offseason and trading away either Noel or Jahlil Okafor has appeared to be his top priority.

The 76ers will choose between Buddy Hield, Kris Dunn and Jamal Murray with the third overall pick if they can acquire it from Boston.
