The Houston Rockets and Donatas Motiejunas agreed upon a new contract on Friday but that hit a snag on Saturday with his physical.

Daryl Morey told reports the Rockets remain in active discussions with Motiejunas' representatives and the league office.

The Rockets matched Motiejunas' four-year offer sheet with the Brooklyn Nets but that deal was eventually discarded in favor of one that was more team-friendly for Houston in terms of how it can be traded and when it became guaranteed. Motiejunas also received more money in the new deal as certain bonuses he agreed upon with the Nets were excluded when the Rockets matched.
