Dwyane Wade met with management of the Chicago Bulls on Saturday.

The two sides wanted to take a few weeks to decompress and contemplate next season. The meeting was described as positive.

Wade has until June 27 to decide on his $23.8 million player option to return to the Bulls next season. The Bulls expect Wade to opt in.

Wade averaged 18.3 points in 60 games last season.

After the season ended, Wade said he didn't regret leaving the Miami Heat.
