Steve Mills is opposed to the New York Knicks re-signing Derrick Rose.

Mills is running the Knicks following the dismissal of Phil Jackson while they decide who to hire as general manager.

Mills also wants the Knicks to go young and not tie up their cap long-term.

Mills has long been in the inner circle of James Dolan.
