The San Antonio Spurs have withdrawn their qualifying offer to Jonathon Simmons

Simmons had been a restricted free agent.

The Spurs lifted the qualifying offer because Thursday is the final days teams could lift it.

Simmons averaged 10.5 points in 20.4 minutes during 15 playoff games.

Agent Cervando Tejeda told The Vertical that Simmons is fully focused on signing elsewhere. Multiple teams were engaged with Simmons when he was a restricted free agent and that interest will likely accelerate now that he's an unrestricted free agent.
