James Dolan and Steve Mills spoke at length at halftime of the New York Knicks' blowout loss on Sunday to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Dolan told Mills he's "disappointed" by the Knicks' 2-8 start, according to a source that spoke with Frank Isola of The Athletic. The same source also said Dolan ordered Mills and Scott Perry to address the media after the game.

Mills is known to prefer avoiding the press.

“We have patience and we believe in coach but we also need to find a way to have a consistent level of play and effort,” Mills said of David Fizdale.
