The Philadelphia 76ers have traded their rights to J.P. Tokoto to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Tokoto will play in the D-League for the Oklahoma City Blue.

Tokoto didn't make the 76ers' regular season roster.

Jeff Ayres was the No. 1 overall pick of the 2015 D-League Draft by the Idaho Stampede.

The Westchester Knicks selected Jimmer Fredette second overall.

Perry Jones III was picked third by the Iowa Energy, who then picked Cartier Martin with the fourth overall pick.

The Delaware 87ers picked Rysheed Jordan fifth overall.

Amir Williams (Rio Grande Valley), Sam Thompson (Grand Rapids), David Laury (Delaware), Rick Jackson (Iowa) and Jarvis Summers (Rio Grande Valley) rounded out the top-10.

Raptors 905 have traded for Sim Bhullar from the Reno Bighorns for Ricky Ledo.

Raptors 905 are the D-League affiliate of the Toronto Raptors.

Bhullar was born and raised in Toronto.

The Orlando Magic have waived guards Keith Appling and Jordan Sibert.

Orlando’s roster now stands at 17.

After clearing waivers, the two will join the Magic's D-League team, the Erie Bayhawks.
