Bronny James Undergoes Surgery To Repair Torn Meniscus

Bronny James has undergone surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his knee.

James suffered the injury at practice earlier this month.

James is a sophomore at Sierra Canyon School, which hasn't played any official games this season due to the COVID-19 pandemic but has plans to play a spring basketball season.

James averaged 4.1 points in 15 minutes per game as a freshman last season.

2021 McDonald's All American Game Roster Released

The 2021 McDonald's All American Game roster was released on Tuesday, highlighted by ESPN 100 No. 1 prospect Chet Holmgren.

Michigan, who have the No. 1 recruiting class of 2021, lead the way with three signees in Caleb Houston, Moussa Diabate, and Kobe Bufkin.

Holmgren is currently uncommitted.

The actual game will not be played for the second consecutive season due to the pandemic.

The McDonald's All American Games was canceled for the second straight year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

McDonald's will still announce the 48 player roster - 24 girls and 24 boys - in a virtual ceremony later in February.

McDonald's announced over 700 nominees for the 2021 games on Thursday.
