Qyntel Woods has signed to play the upcoming season with Dnipro of the Ukrainian Superleague.
Woods, a 2002 first round pick of the Blazers, has played in Poland, Russia, Italy and Greece.
Woods averaged 12.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steal during a 26 game stint with Dnipro last season.
