Rasho Nesterovic is returning to Europe after 12 seasons in the NBA.

Nesterovic has agreed to a deal with Olympiacos.

Jeremy Tyler has signed with the Tokyo Apache of Japan's professional basketball league.

The team announced the signing Thursday on its official website. The 19-year-old Tyler will play for former NBA coach Bob Hill, who was hired by the team last month.

"We are extremely excited for Jeremy to join our team in Tokyo," the team said in a statement. "His athleticism and size will be a major presence in our frontcourt this season."

Tyler, who attended San Diego High School before leaving after his junior year, signed a one-year, $140,000 contract with Israeli team Maccabi Haifa in August 2009.

Stephon Marbury has agreed to three more years with a Chinese basketball team, whose owners will set up a company to produce and sell his line of athletic apparel and shoes, the team said Thursday.

His salary will be the same as last season, which was never publicly announced, but team owner Wang Xingjiang had said he offered Marbury $100,000 to play half a season in China.

Marbury may become an assistant coach in his third season.

Former University of Virginia guard Sylven Landesberg has reached a two-year deal with Maccabi Haifa of the Israeli Super League.

Landesberg played for the Kings during the Las Vegas Summer League.

He averaged 8.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in three games.

Luis Scola didn't anticipate all the waiting involved in free agency and admitted that he thought about weighing offers to return to Spain.

"I almost died," Scola said. "It was so stressful. If I didn't die of a heart attack this week, I think I'll never die. I never was a free agent before. I thought it would be less complicated.

"There were a couple days I didn't think it would work out. Waiting for an offer was really stressful. A couple times, I thought it wouldn't be the way I wanted. I would do what I had to do. I'm a professional. If I had to move, I would have moved. Sometimes that is not up to you. But it would be really hard to play for another team in the NBA not the Rockets."

Leading up to Thursday, when he reached a multiyear deal with Houston, Scola was so worried that he was warming to the idea of playing in Spain.

"I feel great. I feel great," Scola said. "I going to be the place I wanted to be. I'm so happy."

Real Madrid has signed Sergio Rodriguez, who was most recently with the Knicks.

Rodriguez also played with the Blazers and Kings while in the NBA.

The contract runs through the 12-13 season.
