Glen Rice Jr. plead not guilty to charges of injuring with intent in a New Zealand courthouse.

The charges stem from an incident last weekend outside of a bar in Auckland.

Rice Jr. had just recently joined the New Zealand Breakers in Australia's National Basketbal League. He has been suspended from the team following the incident. 

The Sacramento Kings gave Igor Kokoskov permission to coach the Serbian national team during the qualifiers for next summer's Olympics.

Kokoskov previously coached the Suns last season before taking a job on Luke Walton's staff.

Kokoskov also coached Slovenia from from 2016 to 2017. 

Jeremy Lin scored 25 points in his CBA debut for the Beijing Ducks. The Ducks defeated the Tanjian Gold Lions 103-81. 

The 31-year-old Lin, who won a title with the Raptors last season, had hoped to land with another NBA team this season.

Lin signed with the Ducks over the summer.
