Tournament MVP Juan Carlos Navarro had 27 points and five assists to lead Spain, while Pau Gasol and Jose Calderon each had 17. 

Tony Parker had 26 points for France in a losing effort.

Navarro was joined on the All-Tournament Team by Pau Gasol, Parker, Bo McCalebb and Andrei Kirilenko.

France defeated Russia by a final score of 79-71 to advance to the finals of the 2011 EuroBasket, where they will meet Spain.

Tony Parker had 22 points and four steals to lead France, while Nicolas Batum scored 19 points to go with seven rebounds and four assists.

Joakim Noah had seven points and eight rebounds.

Russia was led again by Andrei Kirilenko, who scored 21 points.

Spain has defeated Macedonia by a final score of 92-80 to advance to the championship of the 2012 EuroBasket.

Bo McCalebb, who has had an excellent tournament for Macedonia, scored 25 points.

Russia defeated Serbia by a final score of 77-67 on Thursday to advance to the Semifinals of the 2011 EuroBasket.

Andrei Kirilenko led Russia with 14 points, 11 rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks.

Milos Teodosic had 20 points on 15 shots in a losing effort for Serbia.

France defeated Greece by a final score of 64-56 to advance to the semifinals of the 2011 EuroBasket.

Tony Parker led France with 18 points, with Nado De Colo chipping in 16 and Nicolas Batum finishing with 15.

France held Greece to just 34% shooting from the floor.

Ioannis Bourousis had 17 points for Greece.

Spain recovered from a slow start in the first quarter where they were outscored 23-16 to eventually cruise to an 86-64 win over Slovenia. Spain outscored Slovenia 19-8 in the second quarter and 36-14 in the third quarter.

Juan Carlos Navarro had 26 points, while Pau Gasol had 19 points and 16 rebounds.

Spain shot 8-for-21 from distance.

Goran Dragic had 14 points and five rebounds for Slovenia.

Bo McCalebb and Macedonia shocked Lithuania on their home soil with a 67-65 win in the quarterfinals of the 2011 EuroBasket.

Lithuania will advance to meet Spain in the semifinals.

McCalebb scored 23 points on 20 shots, while Vojdan Stajanovski had 15 points on five-for-five shooting from beyond the arc.

Jonas Valanciunas had three points and six rebounds in 14 minutes, while Robertas Javtokas led Lithuania with 13 points.

Luis Scola was named MVP of the 2011 FIBA Americas, leading Argentina to the championship.

Joining him on the All-Tournament Team was teammate Manu Ginobili, Al Horford of the Dominican Republic, Carlo Arroyo of Puerto Rico and Marcelinho Huertas of Brazil.

Scola also won MVP honors in 2009 and 2007.

Argentina defeated Brazil to win the 2011 FIBA Americas by a final score of 80-75.

Luis Scola, who was named MVP of the tournament, scored 32 points in the final while Carlos Delfino had 16.

Brazil was led by 16 points from Marcus Vincius.

France defeated Lithuania by a final score of 73-67 with a 30-21 fourth quarter.

Nando de Colo scored a game-high 21 points off the bench, while Tony Parker had 19 points.

Jonas Valanciunas had 12 points for Lithuania.
