Tony Parker has been named FIBA Europe Player of the Year.

Parker led France to a championship at EuroBasket last summer.

Parker had never won this award before, which was most recently given to Andrei Kirilenko, Dirk Nowitzki, Milos Teodosic and Pau Gasol.

Dario Saric has been named 2013 FIBA Europe Young Player of the Year.

Saric was runner-up last year.

Turkey's Kenan Sipahi and Greece's Giannis Antetokounmpo finished second and third.

Saric finished the U19 World Championsip second in points per game (20.3), rebounds (11.2) and assists (4.2).

Saric also participated in EuroBasket 2013.

FIBA conducted its draw for the 2014 World Cup in Spain.
